ST = Skirmish Tactics, open order troops usually with missiles to screen or harass
MT= Melee Tactics, close combat troops usually in closer formations
FT= Firepower Tactics, using missile fire as a body for max. effect
NO= Normal Order,
OO= Open Order, skirmishers and some feudal troops
